- explore 264 jobs spread throughout 5 different industry types (called components).
- tend to find out they can do things they didn’t know they could do before PAES.
- often surprise caregivers, parents and teachers with all they accomplish in the lab.
- learn workplace “soft skills” and are rewarded for appropriate workplace behaviors.
- communicate with parents using the Daily Points Record.
- are provided scaffolded supports through the use of job subtasks.
